Revere One Construction

ABOUT REVERE ONE

Built on Craftsmanship, Not Volume

Revere One Construction is a family-owned Chicagoland roofing and exterior restoration company built on roughly 25 years of hands-on construction experience. We combine the work ethic and practical knowledge of a traditional contractor with the communication, documentation, and project management homeowners expect from a modern professional company.

We're not trying to be the loudest contractor in the market. We want to be the one people trust to give them a clear answer, do the work correctly, and stand behind the result.

Our Standard

Defined By Our
Execution Quality.

Execution quality is measured by more than the finished result. It is how quickly we deliver, how smoothly the process moves, the quality of the work itself, and how accurately the outcome reflects what was promised and expected.

  1. Speed

How quickly and reliably we move from one stage of the project to the next.

  2. Process

How organized, controlled, and seamless the experience feels from beginning to completion.

  3. Quality

The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and standard of the finished work.

  4. Accuracy

How closely the finished result reflects the scope, expectations, and commitments established at the beginning.

What We Do

We provide complete roofing and exterior restoration services — roof inspections, roof replacement, storm-damage restoration, siding, windows, commercial roofing, and construction support throughout the insurance-claim process. The physical product is a repaired or restored property, but the larger offer is clarity and control during a process that often feels confusing and stressful. We inspect the property, document the condition, explain the available options, develop a clear scope of work, coordinate the project, and manage the installation through completion.

Craftsmanship first

Decades of hands-on construction experience, not just sales training — we know what good work actually looks like.

Honest communication

We explain your options in plain language and give you a straight answer, even when it's not the answer that makes us the most money.

Family reputation

This is a family-owned business. Our name is on every job, and we stand behind the result long after the crew leaves.

Accountability

Licensed, bonded, and insured — with clear documentation at every stage, from inspection to final walkthrough.

What we are

One company on both sides of a storm claim.

Most homeowners end up managing two relationships after a storm: someone to argue the claim, and someone else to do the work. The two rarely talk. We are licensed for both, so the person who documents the damage and the crew who repair it answer to the same company.

Adjust

Licensed public adjusting

A public adjuster works for you, not for the insurer. We read the policy, document the loss, and represent your interest in the claim from the first notice through settlement.

  • We read the policy and tell you what it actually covers
  • Damage is documented and measured before the carrier sees it
  • We meet the insurer's adjuster on site and speak for you
  • The claim is negotiated on your behalf, start to settlement

Build

Licensed general contracting

Roofing, siding, windows and the full exterior envelope, scoped in writing before anything is signed and managed by the same team from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.

  • Roofing, siding, windows and the full exterior envelope
  • A written scope and material selections before anything is signed
  • One point of contact for the duration of the build
  • Final walkthrough with you before the project is closed

Who We Serve

Our ideal customer is a Chicagoland homeowner, property owner, or commercial building owner who values quality, transparency, and professional execution more than simply choosing the lowest bid — whether they're dealing with an aging roof, visible exterior damage, a recent storm, or a complicated insurance-related restoration. They're not looking for a temporary patch or an aggressive salesperson; they're looking for a dependable long-term partner who will protect one of their most important assets.

Let's talk about your property.

Licensed. Bonded. Insured.
