Protecting your investment
Warranty Information
Every roofing or exterior project involves two separate kinds of coverage: the workmanship behind the installation, and the materials themselves. Understanding the difference helps you know exactly what is protected, and for how long.
Workmanship Warranty
Covers the quality of our installation — how the work itself was performed. If something was installed incorrectly and causes a problem, this is what covers the fix. Specific terms are provided in writing as part of your contract, before work begins.
Manufacturer Warranty
Covers defects in the materials themselves — shingles, siding, windows, and other products we install. Terms and length vary by manufacturer and product line, and documentation is provided to you at project completion.
Want your exact warranty terms?
The specific workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms for your project depend on the scope of work and materials used. We walk through all of this with you before your contract is signed — if you already have a project with us and need your documentation, reach out and we'll get it to you.
